No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Must be 18 years of age or older. This sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Sweepstakes begins on or about 5/1/05, and ends 11:59:00 P.M. EST on 8/1/05.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of entry. Persons who are immediate family members (parents, children, siblings) of, or live in the same household as, employees or directors, or are themselves employees or directors, of Louis Foods Corporation, or their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

2. TO ENTER: Starting on or about 5/1/05, enter by visiting Sponsor's Web Site at http://www.louisfoods.com. You will be asked to provide your name and your email address. Entrants must complete all required sections in the official Entry Form and click the "submit" button. Any other method of Internet entry is void. Entries by Internet must be received by the Sponsor by 11:59:00 EST on or before 8/1/05. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification.

3. DRAWING: Each entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. A potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 08/24/05 from all eligible Internet entries under the supervision of the Sponsor's Website personnel whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the on-line voting. The selected winner will be notified by email as soon as practical thereafter. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact such selected winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES: Five (5) winners will receive a Keg A Que Grill (Approximate Retail Value [ARV] of each prize: $85.00). Another Ten (10) winners will receive a coupon for Free Uncle Lou’s Rib Eye Steaks (Approximate Retail Value [ARV] of each prize: $10.00). No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person/family/household.

5. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS: Required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification; failing to do so will disqualify said winner and another entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries. If any prize or prize e-notification is returned as non-deliverable, the winner will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected from all eligible entries. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, may use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees that the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Winner for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this or in any Survey or prize related activity. The prize is not transferable and cannot be assigned or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available or for any other reason. The Survey is void in all jurisdictions where prohibited.

6. PERSONAL DATA: Sponsor will only use data about entrants obtained from the Uncle Lou’s Entry Form for the Sponsor's own market research. By clicking the "submit" button on the on-line registration, entrant agrees to such use of the personal data, which will be kept at Sponsor's premises in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

7. INTERNET VIEWING: The Uncle Lou’s Entry Form is intended for viewing only in the United States and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. If the Internet portion of this Entry Form is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor may modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Entry Form. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any malfunction of any telephone service or computer system or equipment.

8. SPONSOR: This sweepstakes is sponsored by Uncle Lou’s Brand, a division of Louis Foods Corporation, 731 East McMillan St. Cincinnati, OH 45206. Manufacturers' names or logos and product images used are solely for the purpose of identifying the prizes. No sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or responsibility for this sweepstakes by the manufacturers is intended or implied.

9. MISCELLANEOUS: All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the selected winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Survey, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Survey. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Survey. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected email entries.

10. WINNERS LIST REQUEST: For a list of the prize winners, or a copy of the Official Rules send a self-addressed envelope, for receipt within thirty (30) days from the date of the drawing to Cobalt Marketing LLC, 5710 Wooster Pike #113, Cincinnati, OH 45227.
